PwC is a multinational professional services firm based in London. Its main areas of service are assurance, tax and advisory and it is one of the Big Four auditing firms, alongside EY, Deloitte and KPMG. The firm also provides services in cybersecurity, human resources, deals and forensics. Formed in 1998 as PricewaterhouseCoopers, through a merger between Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand, PwC now operates in 776 cities and 158 countries, working with over 26000 clients in the UK. In 2015, their revenue was £3437 million.
